Finding the Nursing Home

Like any health care business, there are great Nursing Homes and there are others that fall short of providing even the most basic care.  Also, there are all different with some excelling in specific care areas.  As such, when you are searching for a a place that will take care of your loved ones there are numerous factors to consider.  Consider the needs of the resident and find the best home to meet those needs.  Also, you should visit several homes before making your decision.  Is the home clean?  Is it well staffed?  How do the residents seem? Is the home neat and does it smell clean?  How close is the facility to your home or work?
